• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • 3+ years of relevant experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD and leveling equipment • Ability to read and interpret civil & architectural drawings • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills • Good communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic & English
