360 Degree Consultancy is hiring female call center staff for its medical customer service team. The role includes responding to patient inquiries via phone and social media, handling requests and complaints, accurately entering data, and supporting the improvement of service quality.
- Iraqi nationality - Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technologies or a related scientific field - Excellent Arabic language skills and proficiency in Kurdish (both Sorani and Badini dialects preferred) - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer use - Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities - Ability to work in a team, handle work pressure, and adhere to schedule - Initiative, willingness to learn, and goal‑oriented mindset - Availability to work full‑time without conflicting jobs - Prior call‑center or customer‑service experience is preferred but not required
