- Age: 17–28 years - Fluency in Kurdish Sorani, Badini, and Arabic - Basic proficiency in English - Confidence and ability to speak on camera - Creativity and ability to generate new content ideas - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Reel creation - Commitment, responsibility, and teamwork skills
