Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, IT, Project Management); 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or management; Preferred certifications: CAPM (required), PMP (advantage); Experience with ERP projects is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Project, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint; Strong project and risk management skills; Excellent communication, leadership, organization, time‑management, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities
