Supervision of daily afterâsales service activities, including maintenance scheduling and work order management; Development and implementation of preventive maintenance plans and standard operating procedures; Coordination with logistics to ensure availability of spare parts and tools; Collaboration with sales and product departments to convey customer feedback; Monitoring of performance metrics and preparation of regular reports; Enforcement of company policies, safety instructions, and quality standards; Leadership and development of the afterâsales service team; Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and repair procedures
