The role involves following up customer balances, payments, and outstanding amounts, preparing account statements, reconciling balances, tracking orders and deliveries, and preparing regular reports. Follow up customer balances, payments, and outstanding amounts; Prepare account statements and reconcile balances; Follow up due/overdue payments and collections; Track orders and deliveries from factory to customers; Follow up employee targets and prepare regular reports.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related fields; Experience in customer account follow-up, balances, payments, reconciliation, and collections; Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills; Good numerical and reporting skills; Excellent follow‑up, communication, and organizational skills; Fluent in Kurdish and Arabic.
Good understanding of customer account follow‑up, account statements, balance reconciliation, and payment collection procedures; Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
