Passport Application / Issuance and Renewal

Requirements

• ☐ National Card.
• ☐ Information card.
• ☐ To renew: old passport.
• ☐ All documents must be original.

Steps

1. 1. Take a turn via the Iraqi passport application queue.
2. 2. Visit one of the passport departments according to your geographical boundary, bringing all original documents.
3. 3. Visit the travel ban department to confirm you are not under a travel ban.
4. 4. Visit the fingerprint and photograph room for fingerprints and a passport photo.
5. 5. Visit the accounting window to pay the fee by bank card.
6. 6. Visit the manager's window to verify the transaction is sent to Baghdad.
7. 7. Visit the passport collection room to collect your passport.
